Anne Curtis

Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actress, television presenter, recording artist and businesswoman. She received many accolades over the course of her career. Additionally, she was recognized twice in the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis was in the roles of Hiram Kampanerang in the films (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2007) Green Rose (2011) as well as Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). She portrayed Dyesebel, the Komiks iconic character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She has also been a host on the popular noontime variety show It's Showtime (2009-2020). Anne Curtis was born in Melbourne, Australia on the 17th of February in 1985. She is an Filipina as well as an Australian actress. There have been a variety of accolades throughout her career. There have been two FAMAS Awards have been given to her, along with she has won an Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Additionally, she was recognized twice in the Gawad Urian Awards as well as the eight PMPC Star Awards in the Movies. The 2014 film Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she played Dyesebel which is one of Komiks iconic character. Also, she hosted It's Showtime in the afternoon (2009-2010) Curtis Curtis Smith was born Yarrawonga Victoria Australia as the her mother was Carmencita Ojales who is a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan. Her father married Ojales in 1982. Jasmine the younger sister performs as an actress. Clare was diagnosed with an illness of the heart in 2007, she was barely 4 months old.
